Someone on the phone made an incorrect appointment type for my mother. Then when we got there and had the appointment, it was with a specialist who got angry with her when she couldn't hear him and she asked that he repeat questions. He mentioned he was supposed to have been off already by then, so he wasn't very nice. When the Dr came in, he talked so fast, my mother couln't understand, so he talked to me instead, while my mom sat there shrugging.
