Took my MIL in for her appointment. The wait times here are absolutely ridiculous! We were there for 30 mins before she was even checked in then waited another 30 to be called back...the FIRST time. She went back for some testing then back to the main waiting room for yet another wait. We were there a little over 2 hours, mostly waiting. If you work, you would need to take half a day off to go here or a really long lunch hour if you are allowed to do that.
Wow!!! I’m so grateful to be able to SEE thanks to Dr. Michael Mapp and ALL of the staff at the Eye Centers!!! They ALL made me feel so comfortable from the beginning about having cataract surgery in both eyes! Everyone was so efficient and very caring. Dr. Mapp is AWESOME!!! My surgeries were so ‘easy’ and painless! And ALL the staff at the Beaumont Surgical Affiliates was absolutely wonderful also. I am so very thankful for a great experience!!! My name is Sebastian Alexander I was seen by Dr. ren for dislocated IOL and was sent to specialist in Houston Dr. zhuang who was no longer at the location I was scheduled and sent to. So I called and left 3messages for someone to call me back and NO one did. I called and asked to speak to administrator and was basically hung up on.
