Had surgery. One week later ran out of medicine. No response to drug store. Rain day. Tuesday got answering service, extremely rude. Hung up. No answer on any of numbers including # for Surgical answers. Out of medicines for 3 days. Can't even leave message.
Always a friendly staff. A very clean facility. Dr. Ren is the best in eyecare that I've seen. Keep up the Great work!
Good nurses and Dr Miller is great
Dr. Ren and his staff are to be commended for providing exceptional care. They made me feel very comfortable about my eye care that was needed for cataracts. Each person was very kind and considerate from entering the facility to exiting the facility.
