I would have given this office a 5 star review, because my initial appointment was stellar. However, my rating changed greatly after picking up my $700+ new glasses. I gave them about a month for my "eyes to adjust" to the new prescription, but went back because I couldn't see better at all and was having terrible headaches. They got me in to see the doctor and he was so condescending, it was actually quite shocking. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience here. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and a bit unsure about scheduling. I was initially told I could be seen on Friday and scheduled an appointment, but it was later moved to Monday, which was frustrating. When I thought I might have a contact lens stuck in my eye, I called to ask if someone could quickly check it. I was told I would need to schedule and pay for an appointment just for someone to look and tell me whether a contact was still in my eye. I ended up going... read more
I’ve always had great experiences here, they’re knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my time. There was a small mix-up when I came to pick up my gas permeable contacts, but Chaslin immediately took ownership, got me back quickly, and even had the doctor see me right away to ensure the fit was right. I was in and out in minutes. They truly care about their patients and stand behind their service. Five stars.
David helped me find the PERFECT pair of frames at the Eye Center recently! he took so much time and personal attention to find what fit CORRECTLY! I'm not a shopper and a bit shy about fashion but David really made me feel comfortable and relaxed AND found the perfect color, frame shape and size for my face and lifestyle! I just couldn't be more pleased with how well he helped me!!!!
