I have no idea how the surgeons are as I was not allowed to speak to them and my surgery was cancelled by the administrative staff when they refused to follow the agreement we had come up with for payment as I was walking in to be prepped. The office staff was very unprofessional and hides behind the fact that you can only contact the surgeon through them.
