I visited Houston Eye Associates for consultation on cataract surgery, I was pleased with my visit and the doctor, unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover their surgery center but they referred me to another center and Doctor, I still have not had cataracts taken care of but am set up for after the first of the year. Everyone is using their benefits before the end of the year. I would recommend Dr Chang to anyone!
