I was a walk in, on vacation, they treated me wonderfully and worked me in quickly and helped me very much!
Arrived for my appointment 25 minutes early and signed in. Was not checked by the front desk for another 25 minutes. Waited in second waiting room for 15 minutes until taken back for preliminaries to my appointment. Saw the doctor 1 hour 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. He (Dr Aker) and his staff were great, just don’t know why it should take so long to be seen. The optical shop and checkout personnel were very good

Five stars to Dr Akers and assistant Sheila for exam. Courteous, friendly, professional. But their Optical Shoppe at Eye Center has certainly declined in service approach. Returned 4-5 x for adjustment due to discomfort. Never resolved , didn’t feel they made earnest attempt to find solution. Have been patient/ customer for 30 years ( both wife and I) but disappointed in recent experience. Found new shop, Eye Boutique . Very professional, saved several hundred dollars on new glasses.
