I love this place! The staff here are helpful, kind, and patient. Dr. Nguyen is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. He is truly passionate about making sure I get the right fit for my sight. He is not just showing up, he is fulfilling his purpose. In a society of me first, subpar customer service, and people just showing up, it’s refreshing to experience service from the heart. This place and Dr. Nguyen are rare gems.
My appointment was at 11AM, I arrived at 10:34(anticipating traffic I left early to be on time) so that I could complete new patient paperwork. When we arrived there were only four people in the lobby, one waiting for an Uber, another waiting to be checked in, she had a walker so she was seated, and a couple standing at the counter. There was one person assisting everyone. I was asked to “sign in and take a seat” by a lady who walked up.
