My son had his eyes checked here, and I paid 300 yuan for glasses, but they broke. I asked them to replace them, but they gave me the most basic glasses with no protection—they're practically blinding. I requested a re-examination, but the front desk keeps rescheduling my appointment. It's a 40-minute drive for me, and I've had to make two wasted trips. The front desk staff were very rude. Now I have to pay again for the re-examination and new glasses.
Worst customer service I bought some glasses the prescription was giving me headeches and blurry vision. I was pregnant also ,I told them about the my experience with the glasses they told them I could change them the lady told me I had up to a year so I drop them off so when I’m ready i would go back I called them.
