I saw Dr. Smith about a year and a half ago. He told me i legally need glasses to drive and gave me a prescription for new glasses. i went back a few weeks ago and saw him again due to my vision getting worse to the point that it is affecting my daily living. I have been having multiple symptoms like tunnel vision, black spots, and blurry vision, but he only questioned me on one and asked if i even knew what tunnel vision was. Horrible absolutely horrible
Mike in billing is a complete D-bag and should not work here. It took us almost 3 months of fighting this place over a $300 surprise bill. Which they finally admitted we were right and we don't owe anything (other than the $50 eye patches that were pressured on us). Mike's reason for us owing money? "We can charge anything as medical, even nearsightedness or farsightedness." Yes, an eye doctor can overcharge you if you're farsighted according to Mike in billing. The nurse and doctors were fine.
