I have had another in a long line of time wasting appointments and problems at the Concord Hospital campus of Concord Eye Care today. Checked in for 7:30 am appointment. Only one employee checking in all 7:30 appointments. I was to have 2 eye exams before my 8:20 am appointment with the opthalmologist. At 8:29, I had still not been addressed or given any exam. I have been going to Doctor Hall for many years . He is the best Eye Doctor in New England . He is very through in testing my eyes . He is proactive in my eye care . My eye health is out standing because of Doctor Halls Care .
