I need management to know how happy i was w/ Chris H. He just came to my house, did _way_ above and beyond, refused a large tip. Jesus man, he's awesome. someone needs to know. He let me follow him underneath the house while i slowed him down, showing me all kinds of stuff that had nothing to do with why he was there...just to help me.
Richard has been the best technician we could have asked for! He is very clear in communication and genuinely cares, he always does a thorough job and has an answer for every single question I have. He is extremely personable and kind! I feel peace of mind knowing he does the service at our home.
