We are so pleased with the service from Richard, our Terminix technician. He comes for our quarterly and yearly visits and pest control, and every visit he is professional, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Richard always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure everything is done thoroughly. It’s such a relief to have someone so dependable and courteous taking care of our home. Richard D. is always so pleasant and helpful. He takes the time to answer our questions and goes the extra mile doing things, when he sees a potential problem. Example, changing our humidifier filter and plugging back in for us in our crawlspace! Who does that? Richard is an asset to Terminix and it’s clients!
Richard has been great since the very beginning. He’s personable, timely, efficient, and overall a great ambassador for Terminix. At first I was nervous about going with such a large company but because of the service that Richard has provided I won’t be going anywhere else.
