Colby, with Terminex, is always so pleasant to be around when he comes to do pest control or termite check. He stays on top of scheduling for his customers and called a reminder to set up the next pest control appointment. I appreciated this as I had seen the Terminex email but had forgotten to call to schedule. I appreciate Colby and the others that I have dealt with at times.
