George is always on time and does a great job! We are very happy with our Terminix service.
Very professional, responsive, and effective.
My last service was awful. The guy who came to do my termite inspection looked barely awake and was a poor communicator. He was literally in my house for 3 minutes and didn’t tap on all walls. He did not inspect my garage. I asked to talk to the manager and got no call back. I don’t have time to redo this. I have always had professionals from Terminix come out, but not this time. For almost $500 a year, I expect more out if a one year inspection. Colby needs to be fired. This is the Mt Pleasant, SC branch.
