Absolute the WORST customer support I've ever delt with in the medical field.. After three phone calls, I couldn't even get a straight answer if my issuance was even accepted or not... Also couldn't get a return call.. Had to give up on waiting for that important call back and call them myself... And STILL nobody has a clue about answering any of my questions. Definitely finding a different dental group.
