I had a terrible experience last week at this office. My appointment was at 245,but I wasn't called back for almost an hour. I know there were several patients that came after me that were called back first. I understand that this location has several providers, but there is one person pulling charts and deciding who goes first. I hate to say it was based on race, but this appears what was happening.
