Very professional awesome experience
Have been an eye center patient since the 1980's. Have always had Excellent service. The only issue i've ever had was my appointment time. I was scheduled for 10am, the Dr was unable to see me until appx 11am. This is the 1st time that's ever happened. The Dr is a Great guy and the reason I keep coming back. The customer service folks are also very good. The check in folks could take note and emulate them and the Dr.
Dr. Michael Mackie and his staff at the Cortez location are the most wonderful people to deal with. They are all kind, compassionate, and treat the patients with the utmost respect. A special kudos goes to Opticians Emily and Nicole for being the best at knowing our insurance and explaining what they will and won’t pay for. They both are exemplary at their craft and remind me so much of Marge, whom retired and we loved! Keep up the great work all of you!
The team there is awesome. From checking in, to settling up at the end. Dr Mackie is the best.
