Dr Mackie is very knowledgeable about eye care and the staff is awesome
I had an exam and ordered 2 pair of glasses. $1900. When the first pair came in they were not the right prescription. The woman tried to gaslight me and told me they were correct. I insisted they were not and she told me I have a bad attitude. Her attempt to fix the situation was that she was going to put the 2nd prescription on both pairs. I told her that's not what I ordered and not what I paid for. I asked for my money back and she told me there would be a 25% restocking fee. So now I have to pay $475 for their mistake. staff and dr professional and caring
I and my family (x5) have beenuusing Eye Center for decades. Staff are always friendly, Jackie H is always handing needs when it relates to glass frames. If there are any issues, she follows up. We all have been seeing Dr. Sara M and she is very informative for any needs. Highly recommend Eye Center.
