Dr Paige and the rest of the staff are awesome. They always treat me well and go out of their way to help me maximize my insurance benefits while making sure I always get the best care.

I had an exam and ordered 2 pair of glasses. $1900. When the first pair came in they were not the right prescription. The woman tried to gaslight me and told me they were correct. I insisted they were not and she told me I have a bad attitude. Her attempt to fix the situation was that she was going to put the 2nd prescription on both pairs. I told her that's not what I ordered and not what I paid for. I asked for my money back and she told me there would be a 25% restocking fee. So now I have to pay $475 for their mistake.
