I saw the doctor for the first time about a week ago. I was new to the practice. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I was seen right on time. Dr.Laughlin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.I scheduled two additional appointments for other family members at the end of my visit.
Always a professional exam . Such a courteous staff. It’s nice when someone can work around a schedule.
She might be a good optometrist but her husband had my glasses made with the lenses reversed. This happened years ago but the experience was still real and bad enough for me to write about it now.

Dr. Laughlin is the best Optometrist that I have seen. My wife and kids all have a range of eye issues and she treats them well. She is obviously very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain issues and treatment options fully without rushing patients through.
