I highly recommend Eye Catchers Optical in Boardman. Three years ago, I needed an immediate appointment because of some eye discomfort I was experiencing. During the exam, Dr. Randall noticed mini strokes had occurred in my eye and he immediately began to take my blood pressure. He stated that my blood pressure was extremely high and he recommended right then and there to drive me to the hospital. I’ve recently become a patient at the Columbiana office! I saw Dr Ryan for my eye glass exam. And Dr Randall Maceyko for my contact evaluation the following week. The staff in this office is amazing and very helpful. Both Drs whom I saw were the most thorough oh which I have EVER experienced in any optical office. They provided services and tests during my exams I’ve never even known of- I’ve had glasses/contacts for 20 years. I applaud this office and look forward to my next visit. my experience was Great I had to have several eye exams & they were very Thorough & explained to me in detail what was going on I ended up having to wear glasses for the first time & they made me feel very comfortable & they were very helpful in helping me make the best choice in glasses I would most definitely recommend them 😊
They were very rude to my elderly grandmother. She has never been able to use the glasses they made her.They refused to make it right or help her
