Wonderful staff including optometrist Dr. Ruiz. Very convenient location and a wide selection of frames.
Do not go here!!! This place broke my girlfriend’s $300+ Ray Ban glasses 2 months ago and completely denied it. They gave her a replacement pair of off brand frames that don’t even fit her head or lenses - they’ve been popping out on her constantly. She’s been calling every day for 2 months trying to get a hold of them to make it right because she legitimately needs her glasses to see and they have been ducking her calls or pushing her off the phone. We are still trying to contact them.
I am a long-time customer of over 20 years, and this is how I’ve been treated. I went in to have my glasses adjusted, and a staff member broke my glasses right in front of me — then later denied that they broke them. I rely on my glasses to see. My vision is very poor, and having functional, properly fitting glasses is not optional for me. What was taken from me that day was my ability to see clearly.
