ECVA is a very welcoming and knowledgeable eye care practice. You might have to spend a little extra time at your appt waiting. But that's because they are very thorough with each patient. When it's your turn, you get their full attention and care. So far, so good.
The doctor made a typo on my prescription. I waited almost two weeks for my glasses to only find out I can’t see well with them.. I then had to make another appointment to get my eyes checked again, I waited about an hour at my next appointment.. and after the doctor checked my eyes he admitted to making a typo, didn’t apologize once or acknowledge that it was his mistake and then sent me on my way now I have to wait about 2 more weeks for them to be fixed. Not very pleased
Very positive experience with my granddaughter. Explained everything. Went well. In and out quickly despite full waiting room
Dr. Montisanti is the best ! His employees are very nice! Great doctor and wonderful caring man !
