Today my post op visit for Cararact surgery is completed. Mission done. My experience with this practice was different but pleasant. Dr. Cotliar works very fast but efficiently and his staff as well. Very organized and polite. His rapor with patients is wonderful with Spanish and English speaking patients. I luv hearing him speak Spanish. Ambulatory Facility was good as well.
