The center’s staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to answering questions. Also the center is very clean. Dr. Confino has a wonderful bedside manner.
The eyewear department is the worst! We paid for my daughter's contacts in Sept 2019, today is Jan 13, 2020 and she still does not have her contacts. We were rescheduled 2 times and each time, the new appointment was weeks later. Today (1/13/2020), we went to pick up the contacts but because my daughter was not wearing her contacts at the time, we had to reschedule AGAIN, just to come and pick up the contacts. Do yourself a favor and go to Lenscrafters or Pearlvision, you will get your glasses or contacts in a week or less.

I was referred to Dr. Confino by two of his previous patients. My distance vision was excellent (20/25) but my reading vision was deteriorating. I saw Dr. Confino to see if I had options to read well again. Dr. Confino provided all the information I needed to make a decision. He made sure I understood what surgery could offer as well as possible risks. My surgery was elective and I'm so glad I went forward.
