Pretentious ( and very nasty) Office Staff From the moment you try to make an appointment to the moment you walk out of the door, you are made to feel they are doing you a favor by letting go there. The office staff makes sure you know that their only concern about your vision is that you can see well enough to pay or give them your insurance card.
