AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Appointment was at 1:45pm and I had an arrival fo 1:32pm. Be aware that you will need a physical copy or you will be DENIED MEDICAL SERVICE. Regardless of verification over the phone and patient having all insurance information. I got that information and the front desk lady was so rude. I got all the information and verification at 5:57pm (your welcome front desk for doing your job) and the lady in the front told me that I have 2 mins to complete their paperwork and if it’s even a second late, I will ... read more
Dr Rhode took care of a stye for my husband in one visit that 2 other Drs couldn’t fix. Then, my son developed some weird rash inside his eye- scary, scary and he took care of that. I got a sharp poke in my eye and he took great care of me and helped with the excruciating pain too. My Mom has a botched cataract surgery from a Dr in Oshkosh and he fixed her right up.
