To say I was disappointed was an understatement. We decided to trying out Eye Care Specialists of Oklahoma for a simple annual eye exam because they were closer to us than our usual doc. That was a HUGE mistake. First off, when I called to make the appointments at 2:30pm I told the lady on the phone that I HAD to leave by 3:30pm in order to pick my eldest son up from VoTech. Very good professional and caring eye doctor and staff!
Waited 1-2 hours past appointment time for my daughter to be seen both times. When I asked the receptionist how much longer she stated that a 2 hour wait after appointment time is normal. Their process had no respect or consideration for my time away from work or the time my daughter had to miss school. I would not recommend coming here solely based on their inefficient scheduling and the incredibly long wait times.
