This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL clinic. They have mistreated my mother several times with lies and rescheduling her appointments to not even let the doctor see her. They change the price three times on her only because she pays out of pocket. If Dr. Rory doesn’t want to help her anymore, he at least, should have the decency to tell her himself. My grandmother was their first patient since before 2010, and now my mother. Going to see this doctor almost EVERY MONTH FOR YEARS. And now they are mistreating my mom? With lies, try... read more
I’ve been here twice and the doctors are great, but be prepared to wait. Both times I had scheduled appointments and wasn’t seen until 1 hour past scheduled time. The tech told me it’s normal to wait 1-2 hours.
Decent place for eye care
I normally go to the Hwy 100 & National location, but decided to go to this location since it's right across the street from my job. I know how long a dilated eye appointment takes so I always plan for it properly. I don't know what was going on but the receptionists were ignoring patients & there weren't many of us. I almost got charged $55 for a $20 appointment. After I was sitting there for quite a while & went to ask about it the receptionist just said she didn't know what to tell me?????? Teníamos una cita programada, para hoy, confirmaron la cita, y cuando llegamos nos salieron con que el día de ayer habían aumentado los precios, no tenemos aseguranza. Por un examen nos iban a cobrar 250, y al momento de hacer el pago salieron con su chiste de q eran 400 solo por el examen, y dijeron q enviaron un mensaje el cuan no llegó y el de la confirmación para la cita si, entiendo q pudieron haber subido los precios pero si ya había una cita y se habían dado precio porq no los respetan,eso no se me hace ético y profes... read more
