Do not go... unless you have hours to waste. Arrived early to do paperwork and then had 5 people seen before me. Asked at the desk about why and she said people are seen in order of their appointments. So the lady who came 30 minutes after me, and I was on time, still got seen before me. Told to expect up to 2 hours appointment, though never told this when initially scheduled appointment. Asked how much longer and she said they don't talk to the back... My appointment was set by Visionworks for 9am I arrived 15 minutes early and I waited patiently for an hour before being called back. The receptionists were extremely unpleasant unprofessional and when I inquired about why it was taking so long they began speaking Spanish and told me I’d be here at least two more hours! I don’t understand the double bookings and EXTENSIVE wait! Offer water at least and turn the A/C DOWN it’s uncomfortable for the elderly. At least 3 times I heard elders complain that it’s freezing.
