The healthcare staff and customer service staff are unfriendly and rude. While I was waiting for the doctor to examine me I heard him and an assistant, who were standing just outside my door, in the hall, discussing in very loud whispers, a patient, mentioning that the person is crazy and giggling about it. Not professional at all and very juvenile. I am a retired Urgent Care RN and never have seen such poor regard for the patient.
