I suffer from chronic dry eye and I've been prescribed medications for it before, but they are expensive. I was so impressed with Dr. West's ability to listen and actually give me natural solutions that will help since I can't afford medication right now. I even waited 4 months to provide a review to ensure that his natural prescription worked and it really helps. He is a great listener and is up to date on eye care technology. I highly recommend this practice if you are in the Sandy area.
I have known and been a patient of Dr. West for over 25 years. He is very professional and thorough during his exams and follow-ups. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is the worst place I have ever been to get my children glasses. The optometrist was great. But the tall blonde receptionist was extremely rude. It took them 3 weeks to get my son's glasses. And only 4 days to get my daughters. Every time I called to check on the status of the glasses for my son, I was given excuse after excuse. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again, courtesy of the blonde.
