I had my second procedure with Andrew Kleischmidt recently. Andrew explains items well with a caring manner. The receptionists at the two Porter locations are efficient and helpful. I would have hesitation in recommending their services.
Reception take weeks to forward letters to GP, waited an hour to see dr Sharwood for 10 minutes and paid a huge fee for basically nothing. When calling back about the unsent paperwork, the receptionist tried to make me feel bad due to staff shortages like it was my fault. Don’t recommend
Forever grateful for the skills, knowledge and care given by Dr Andrew Kleinschmidt and the lovely team at Mt Gravatt Thanks to them my 83 yo avid reader mum can continue reading ….it is her main passion in her later years. This means so much Thanks 🙏
