Company sold out a corpo managment firm that is known for being trash. MyEyeDr is known for poor customer service and shady billing.
Great service all around. Big selection of glasses with a variety of styles.
Took 4 weeks for my glasses. Called 3 times to ask about them, the second call they told me 2 days but it actually took 2 more week
The doctor is very kind however the secretary was very short and rude, to put it lightly.
I made an appointment for Friday 9:30am and Samantha at the desk told me that I canceled which it doesn’t make sense of me showing up if I canceled and she never apologized of whatever mistake was done and she was not professional and really not considering of the situation that was accrued.
