This is a textbook case of customer care plummeting after being purchased by private equity (myEyeDoc). I called today to ask for my old prescription in my new glasses because the new script felt off. I was denied this request and told I’d have to come in for another exam after just coming in recently for the first exam. A very positive experience. Everyone is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Picking frames was really fun. There was input and suggestions and I wasn’t rushed (I lost count of how many I tried)

Doctor was knowledgeable and took time for a thorough examination. I needed new glasses so was led up front once the appointment was over. A women came out to help me pick them out who was absolutely fabulous! She was helpful, hilarious and FUN! I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise.

Made appointments for my son and me and got excellent service for both. The lady Dr was very kind and gentle with my son and the gentleman Dr was equally professional for my appointment.

There a reason this location is rated so low. They clearly don’t care for the patients. I ordered Ray Ban Metas and wasn’t told a lot about them. That was the first red flag. They don’t gave a warranty for them or anything. The product arrived scratched all over and lenses scratched. I didn’t check right away but came back 2 days later. After showing this to the employee she said she would do a remake. The invoice showed both the lenses and the frame so I had no worries.
