I recently went here after searching for a new eye doctor because it was in the same plaza as my wife's salon. I was greeted by Tammy who was extremely helpful. It was great to finally work with someone who seemed like they actually wanted to help you.She was also great at explaining everything throughout the process to insure I got the rite prescription. I went to this location with my son as his frames that were purchased here had started to crack and he had to daily tighten the screws to keep the lenes from falling out. I will give credit as they were very pleasant and informed us that the frames were 1 month out of warrant. My son informed them that there was a 24-month warranty under Ray Ban and that he contacted them and was directed to go his eye care Dr. to seek resolution. This is when it gets good. I have been to a few Eye doctors before and haven't really had a great experience which is honestly why I had put off visiting another eye doctor. So, I decided to give this location a shot and hope for a different experience then I have had anywhere else and that is what I got a pretty amazing experience.
