Dr. Jeffries and the entire staff in the office and surgery center are so genuinely kind and patient. It's so refreshing to still find an establishment that values and honors customer service. Throughout the process of my eye surgery, I felt well taken care of. Dr. Jeffries is a Rockstar!

Dr Newman spent time with me going over my charts and how to improve the future eye plan. Everyone in the office is wonderful.
I have been going to Eyecare Professionals for a while now. Both locations, both Jackson and Flowood, have been great. The staff is amazing and are so nice. I also had cataracts removed at the surgery center and the nurses and staff there were exceptionally. Also, Dr. Jones is a wonderful doctor who takes his time and explains everything and is an awesome doctor.
