I used this optometrist because they were in network for my insurance. Everything went well until I asked about my pupillary distance not being included on my prescription. Depending on which optomitirist you use and what state you have your exam in, the policy varies on PD. This optomitirist will not supply the PD and when asked about it I was told the optician next door would supply the PD only if I bought glasses from them.
