Very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I do NOT recommend. The manager was super unprofessional. The staff was very rude towards me and didn’t help solve my problem. If I could, I’d give this place 0 stars and get all new people. So disappointed since I’ve gone there for years.
Theor 'standard' care conveniently automatically includes procedures not typically covered by eye insurance. Be sure and check your coverage vs their estimate so you dont get charged for services you cant opt out.
Fast and friendly. Through and accurate vision screenings. I'm and it with my new eyeglass prescription in a jiffy.
Just left my appointment and wanted to say it was a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:20 appointment, got everything taken care of and checked out by 3:40. They got me exactly what I needed and weren't pushy about up-selling anything I didn't need. I will continue to return here for glasses/contact exams and prescriptions. :)
