As a first time optometry shop visitor I found the Patient/Customer Experience to be not quite what I expected, generally speaking as a healthcare services consumer. However upon due diligence pre-review time I realize the curious element of the experience is simply of industry practice and thus I wont delve further. Really like the professional service at the place, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I came to see Dr. Anne to have an eye exam for my nearsight. As you age your eyes couldn’t see really clear when you read something close. Dr. Anne was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was nice ,very helpful and courteous. They have a good wide selection of frames to choose. The place felt warm and welcome. Thanks !
