I've been coming here for a few years now and I love it. The people are always nice, and they have cute glasses there. They're very professional.
I just went for my annual exam and everyone was so helpful. The Dr was very kind and professional and really helped me pick the best option for my contacts. The office is very clean and nice. Thank you guys!
Execellent! Ms Paloma was the best with exceptional customer service .
No star at all if I can. Appt time was 1040am. I came early at 1010am so i can choose the frame I want to get after the consultation. It was 1120 and i haven’t been seen by the doctor. No apologies. Nothing was said. I had to ask them if the doctor was running late. I understand that 10-20 min late is acceptable but 40 is a push! Please respect patient’s time. Or at least notify the patient if running late. This clinic in Spring Valley is definitely not recommendable.
I’ve always received excellent customer service here! As others have stated, they are efficient- I never have to wait, yet they spend the time with you that you need. They are very thorough and knowledgeable, and they show that they care, with the wonderful service they provide. Highly recommended!
