Excellent Service I've been going here for 40 years and have always had really good service. Now my wife and kids get their glasses made here too and we have had no problems. No problems with my insurance or flex plan reimbursements. I'll keep going back.
Bad service My husband took my daughter in and when she had to get glasses the lady showed them the glasses that the insurance covered and of course he did not like any of them and he told her that, and she was so rude about it she acted like he could not afford to buy any. When I got home from work we went back up there to pick out a pair from the expensive wall her attitude had changed then ,we picked a pair we liked and we got the poly carb lenses that are scratch resistant.
