RecommendedI’ve been going to the Fremont Eye Care One location for years. Yesterday was my first visit to the North Muskegon location. It was like coming home. Same stellar service, friendly/helpful staff, and a very thorough eye exam. And always a great selection of frames. Thank you.
I had called and made and appointment and the next available appointment they had was Dec 17th and I asked them over the phone if they took my insurance and they said yes, so I had to reschedule my appointment for December 30th and before I got off the phone with them I asked if there were any sooner appointment times because I really need contacts they said a few dates in November that I couldn’t do and then she said what about tomorrow which is November 13th I said yes, so I get there and they say they don’t take my insura... read more

Definitely do not recommend this place... I started to walk in. I had my mask on and the guy forced me to put it over my nose because it wasn’t completely covering my nose. And this is the 3rd time the glasses barely helped my daughters vision.
So much for proper masking! Not sure how she’s getting away with this but I sure as heck hope her manager sees it.
RecommendedI would normally take my 5 year old year to GR to a Pediatric Office but decided to bring her to this office and I am so grateful that I did. They were great with her and she loved the office and staff and says ‘I want to come back!’ We will definitely eat back. I highly recommend this office.
