The staff and doctor are great. They explain what test you are taking. Very friendly staff.
Office staff does not know what they are doing, when it comes to insurance. Had to file my own claim through insurance. After claim was approved the eye place called me saying they were going to bill me. Which i had already paid the bill. My insurance was reimbursing me since i had to do my own filing. To top it off my insurance paid them extra, but remember according to the office staff i did not have insurance. Hmmm, i apparently i did if my insurance paid more money on top of what i paid.
