Dr Lee was great however our experience with Elizabeth who fitted glasses was not good. we paid way to much for the lenses and frames to have them break when they were trying them on so much for the titanium frames you can’t break. And she wanted to argue with me saying any frame can have a bad dodder Really then you should not be selling them she was rude I will never buy frames and lenses there again and by the way we have already waited a week for them and now it’s going to be another week could have gotten them in 2 days... read more
Dr. Evans at the West Des Moines location has been great when he has seen my son, and I would recommend him if he was not at Eye Care of Iowa. Unfortunately, his administrative staff struggles to keep records of patients clear, store their insurance information, and most critically - reschedule appointments appropriately. We had to reschedule my son's appointment and everything was normal during that process. Everyone was so nice and helpful today at the Pleasant Hill location! They answered all of my many questions.
I’ve been going to the Ankeny location for a few years now, but I really wanted to thank the whole staff there for getting me in on short notice today when I was having issues with my contacts. They were so patient with me and very helpful.
They have a large selection of glasses. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable to help select a pair that actually fits me well. They’ve even ordered in a pair in a different color just to see if I like it prior to ordering with no additional cost! I’ve never been disappointed with the care I’ve received here.
