Doctor took a day off so all appointments were cancelled that day. We had set appt for 6 months. They did NOT make any concessions for rescheduling so we were told there was nothing available for 5 MONTHS! I pushed for something sooner as my child was leaving on a trip, and we wanted them seen beforehand. We were able to get in 2 weeks before they were to leave, but due to a recent birthday, they've now aged out of my insurance. This should have all been handled in a more TIMELY fashion to avoid this. "I had an amazing experience with Eye Care of Iowa. Their customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I Highly recommend them as your eye care professionals!! From the minute I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted by Chelsea at the front desk then had a great experience with the Carole & Grant who assisted me in picking out my new glasses. Bravo Eye Care of Iowa!!
I was left alone in the back room not told what for and I was not treated kindly and patiently.
