I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Werd Khader, OD at Kaiser Permanente Northgate in Seattle, and he was one of the best eye doctors I’ve seen. Dr. Khader was exceptionally thorough, genuine, and caring throughout the visit. He took the time to explain my eye health in detail and shared helpful tips on how to better care for my eyes. I had an appointment with Dr. Khader. He was a very nice guy, answered all my questions in a professional manner, and even was helping me when talking to my Dad on the phone about questions I had to verify for my appointment. Cannot express enough how helpful he was!!!
This is for a visit from a dozen years ago, but I'll say, they took care of my friend who was getting glasses, that I paid for out-of-pocket. I wasn't having the best day, but they helped us out in a manner that made me look past that.
Greatly appreciated help from Faith at the See Center for renewing an older pair of eyeglasses. She went above and beyond with skill and pleasant concern.
I have always appreciated the excellent service at the eye care clinic at Northgate.I think the staff are great but recently the liquid they used to dilate my eyes caused a very painful reaction.I have been having my eyes dilated for years and never experienced such pain ..stinging yes but not eye crunching pain .Please change to another liquid when you dilate eyes.My husband get his eyes dilated at another health care system and he says it stings but does not cause pain .There are other options out there.
