I feel so very blessed to be under the excellent compassionate care of Dr. Shah. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind. She is dedicated to her patients and the less fortunate, so giving of her time and expertise. She is one of a kind. My peace of mind has been restored under her care. My vision greatly improved.

I’m not sure if this office uses a call center, but I called twice and had a very bad experience both times. The guy who answered (had an Indian accent) seemed irritated from the start, showed no sense of customer care, and on the second call he actually hung up on me. This was especially upsetting because I was calling due to an eye emergency, and there was no urgency, empathy, or willingness to help whatsoever. The lack of professionalism is gross.
