Referred to these folks from Sonoma Eyeworks for “after hours emergency”. Well, they refuse to help you unless you’re a current patient. Makes zero sense. Incredibly unhelpful healthcare establishment.
Terrible service. Dr Ni kept me waiting for over an hour and a half due to a lack of free rooms. I have a 3 year old who needed me. I was just left sitting there without anyone checking in or letting me know what was up. I thought I had been forgotten. I won't be going back.
