I've been seeing Dr. Bender for a long time and she is great, always ready to explain / answer my questions, efficient, on time and very friendly. The rest of the team is great as well.
We could not make our appointment because of a serious freezing rain storm. I called and they wanted to charge for a cancellation. I feel since it was impossible to get to the appointment because of weather related circumstances we should not be charged. A big thank you to the staff for waving the cancellation fee. Thank you so much.
I absolutely love the two young women optometrists and staff at Eye Care for You here in Orleans. Dr. Ilic and Dr. Bender have expanded the practice after Dr. Kwasnick's retirement and they have continued the tradition of excellent care for our eyes. I absolutely trust these two medical professionals and highly recommend their thriving practice here in Orleans - another wonderful gem !
