Yesterday was my first visit to Eye Care For You in Orleans. It was great! The staff are all helpful and friendly, and Dr. Bender was thorough and professional. I had a retinal detachment in the past, and need a place that not only gives excellent care, but does it in an enjoyable setting. Eye Care For You in Orleans nailed it on all counts. Thanks!
Had my appointment with Dr.Jenna Bender, she is so personable, kind and listened to what I had to say. She also explained everything to me so I would understand what she did. Also a shout out to her staff who helped me.
Jenna is very thorough, efficient and professional. I like that my appointment did not take a long time, nor did I have to wait long beforehand.
The service was good. But they couldn't stop with the reminders. I asked them to just remind me once if they felt the need. One time they phoned me four times in one day. After that I blocked the number.
