The waiting room was deplorable. Torn chairs and dirty floor. Front desk staff rather vacant with flat affect. I waited more than an hour past my appointment time. The physician was friendly but hurried. Have to return for a minor procedure due to lack of equipment at this office. Concerned about cleanliness. Will plan on long wait. Glad I bring a book
