My doctor was kind and competent but for my follow up appointment, I was kept waiting for an hour and when I inquired, I was told there were 3 patients ahead of me. I had to leave without being seen to get back to work. I understand that emergencies happen but I felt that my time was disrespected. I won’t go back.
I'm sure the Dr.'s are great but the individual who answered the phone didn't listen. I needed a follow up appointment with an ophthalmologist, not an optometrist. I had taken the day off from work to handle this need. I called the Longmont office but they didn't have any appointments so she scheduled me at their Lafayette office. I live in Niwot.
