The folks at the doctor's office were courteous and professional However, the experience at optical shop was lot to be desired. I purchased a set of frame+glasses and had to go back in a few weeks to fix/tweak it as one of the hinges was apparently wobbly. The sales associate was curt and was reluctant to fix the issue. She sounded as though it was normal and needed no fix. On my insistence, she tried to fix and did not . Will not buy the glasses from them anymore

At my first appointment in 2022 with the Eye Practice of Nashua, they said they would order trial contact lenses for me and call me when the lenses arrive. They forgot to order the lenses, and I had to call them to remind them. I let that slide, it was not a big deal. At my second appointment in May 2024, Dr. Skelly gave me some Dailies trial contact lenses and told me that I should do my own research on these lenses. She also said to call the office to say how the lenses worked out after I tried them. My eyes had an allergi... read more
