This place is so unprofessional and rude. My dad had surgery performed by this Dr here and we needed his paperwork stating he had surgery by this Dr. I called and the front desk lady was so rude from the moment she answered the phone. I went in the next day to pick up what I had requested and was not even what I needed, they gave me the patient registration form nothing on that said he performed surgery.
