Dr Waggoner is absolutely the BEST all around eye care professional that I've ever been to. He has taken care of 4 generations of my family. He is so friendly, caring & completely thorough ! He takes his time with all of his patient's & answer's & explains any questions that you might have. I'm sad for us, but, happy for him, enjoy your retirement Dr Waggoner 👍
