Gianna was amazing during my appointment. She was patient, reassuring, and incredibly helpful while teaching me how to put my contacts in and take them out. She explained everything clearly, stayed calm even when I was nervous, and made the whole process feel so much easier than I expected. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and she made my visit a great experience. Gianna is truly an asset to the office.
This is my first time having to get glasses for my self. I purchased a pair of glasses that instantly broke with in 12 hours. I took it back because it was as if they crumbled in my hand. I spoke to the GM and she replaced them. With hesitation and a snarky attitude. It took another 2 weeks for them to come in. I now have a second pair and 2 days later they broke again. I came in on a Saturday and the one lady at the front was rude. I went back on a Monday and Reecie helped me. Total different experience. She was nice and helpful. Happy I decided to try again. I ended up using one of my benefits to purchase glasses.
