I scheduled an appointment for 09/16 at 5 pm. At 5:03 pm, Brea called me and sent me a VM that i had to reschedule. I was getting out of the car in front of the establishment. Not only did you call me at 5:03 pm, but you also cancelled my appointment. I walked up and turned around because that is ridiculous. i left work early to for this appointment, only to cancel 3 min after 5. I will not be rescheduling my appointment at this location. Thanks, Brea for your unprofessionalism.
