Great visit!
Everything thing was great the service I received from Gianna was extremely good. Very nice a patient with me. With picking out eyeglasses.
My experience at MyEyeDr in Bowie was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, but the real stars of my visit were Gianna and Dr. Malhotra.
Some (not all) of the staff here are snarky and rude when you just come to them to ask simple questions. They act as if you should have first rate knowledge of what you are looking for but not everyone has been wearing eyeglasses all their life and we want to know our options. Looking at the comments, it seems that staff have been rude here for the past few years with no resolve!
Reese and Lashara were so helpful and patient. I’ll definitely be back.
