I have been wearing contacts for years, and just had the best exam ever. The staff was super helpful when picking out new glasses. Their selection rocks. Thank you Maple Grove Eye Clinic for making me look and see great. See you in a year
Horrible! DON'T GO THERE. I called them for my eye checkup appointment and was told that they can accept EyeMed insurance for checkup, but not for prescription (lens) as they are waiting for approval from EyeMed on that. So, I took the appointment and got checked. I called them when I got the bill, and was told that they don't accept EyeMed for any services. I was shocked hearing that as wouldn't have gone there if they don;t take EyeMed.
Terrible SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself a trip! These are the most rude people ever to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would drive an extra 15 miles out of my way to go somewhere ELSE! They won't return your phone calls, they wont transfer YOUR records either which is the patients!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself a trip, go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not great. – Twice in a row the Dr. gave me a bad prescription. He did admit the second one was bad and changed it. But for the first one, I had to walk around for a year not being able to see as well as I should. The worst part about this business is that the girls in the front office are RUDE and always crabby! There's only like one nice person that you hope answers the phone when you call, otherwise you have to deal with a crab! I think I've finally given up and will go someplace else.
