RecommendedJust had my second cataract surgery yesterday. Absolutely amazing staff. They even have a party room. OK it’s a secondary waiting room, but I call it the party room because it’s kind of small and I always like to talk and joke around with people. So to me it’s the party room. I had a lot of fun there this morning. Have fun!

Take the time to ask questions. They are busy but will take the time if you pursue them.
I've spent 12 years on one side of the Cataract surgery process, Scheduling and Billing, today I experienced the surgery side in a very personal way. I had my first cataract surgery done by Dr. Hiss. From check-in to the nurses, scrub tech, anesthesia and Dr Hiss, the whole experience was awesome. I can't wait to get my 2nd eye done next week.
