We've boarded 4 different dogs here. They treated each of them great!
We boarded our 9 month old corgi here this past weekend. He was there Thursday to Sunday. This is the first time he’s ever been boarded. I am sad to say that when I picked him up, he was dirty, smelled like a dirty kennel and had dried urine all over his side and belly. They told me he has a lot of food left because he had an upset tummy while he was there-I’m questioning what they fed him and why I didn’t get a call. just went there had emergency with older cat got me right in the whole staff was great! The doctor very through and explained everything! I had recently changed vets and found out there's no vet on Fridays and Saturdays. New Carlisle only charged 14.for urgent care!
Dr Hann and his staff have always been terrific.We have a dog with a number of special needs and they always welcome us and treat Theodore with special care.
My family has taken our dogs here for years. When I moved into my own home south of South Bend & got two fur babies of my own, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be making the 30 minute each way drive to New Carlisle for only the best for my dogs! Very friendly staff and we have loved being on the puppy plan. My energetic labs are always extremely excited when we visit and the staff is still very kind and helpful to us regardless😊👍🏻
Great experience as always. They take such great care of Bo and Lacey. Makes them feel comfortable and relaxed. I always recommend them to friends and family
I worked for Dr. Hans years ago & I highly recommend his clinic. He's one of the best veterinarians in the area.
I boarded my dog for the first time this week at the clinic. They took great care of Jake the staff was amazing and friendly I would highly recommend them. New Carlisle Animal clinic will be where I take Jake for all his needs from now on. Thank you for taking care of my baby �
