I’ve never really felt compelled to leave an eye doctor review because I assumed optometrist would all be pretty similar, but Dr. Hermida changed that. He was attentive, took the time to answer all of our questions, and even answered the questions we did not know to ask, which really stood out to us. He also helped ease my anxiety about the dilated pupil exam. Where do I begin, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ray Hermida. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and professional. The eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Hermida took the time to explain everything in a clear, easy to understand way. I got my eyeglasses and I received sample contact lenses which I was hesitate about since I had a bad experience with my last optometrist. To my surprise I can also see perfectly with them. I never been to an eye doctor that only does one year on contacts. This is a scam, you can go to many other eye doctors that do 2 years for the same price. They will be seeing me again, outside their doors letting parents know wiht other doctors in the vincinity.
