The two dead plants as you enter the building are probably the best things about this place. I was bumped twice because they double booked my appointment- waited a month to the appointment- waited another month to get my contacts and they still aren't right- am waiting for a callback from the manager who is totally inept. Dr. Watson sold this practice and tells me is now just an employee. What a pity it has gone downhill so fast. I just spent $500 for nothing.

Dr. Sylvester is very kind and thorough. He has diagnostic equipment that I haven’t seen in other offices. I have a difficult contact prescription and related challenges that no other doctor has been able to address. He also takes the time to explain everything. The staff is also very helpful and efficient. Love my frames!

Last Friday, March 19, 2021, I stopped by late in afternoon, and asked if glass frames could be adjusted. Brittany waited on me and when I made my request, she looked at my frames, and then she said, Give me a minute or two and I'll see if I can provide a miracle. Two minutes later, she presented me with my frames, well adjusted and fitting so well. Brittany, thank you for the miracle.

I had just moved here from Baltimore, There was 2 MyEyeDr. In the area, So I went to the one on 15 Street.I loved how Well Professional they were until I was told because I wanted contacts also, I had to pay up from 100.00 bucks up front. I didn't know that, Never needed to pay for it in Baltimore, No where at all. I told, the young secretary, had a huge problem with me. She stop carrying herself professional, went and talk to her supervisor, and she can out with an attitude also. So i ended up not getting any from anywhere ... read more

This was my first visit at MyEyeDr. I was WOWED by this office's Doctors and Staff. I have never before had such a thorough exam as I had by Dr Thomas at MyEyeDr. He was also very pleasant and fun to chat with. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also professional, personable and fun as well. The selection of frames was excellent!!. The staff are insurance experts!!! Spent over $300 on top of what Medicare paid, and everything at a distance is blurry. Took glasses back twice, and nothing was done. Can only use them to read, afraid to use them for nitedriving, all lites are fuzzy. Sad

Great service. They had a cancellation and Becky called me to work me in to match my schedule what a great help that was. The eye doctor was great. She took her time to help me verify my corrective vision needs and explained things clearly to me. Their eye glass selection is amazing and have options for all budgets. Shamon consulted with me to help find the perfect frame that fit my face with an age appropriate style!!!! I recommend this team to help YOU.
